Privacy Notice

How the public CyberDefender site handles information submitted for pilot access.

Scope This notice describes information submitted through the public CyberDefender website and pilot-access form. It does not describe future customer telemetry processing under a separate pilot or enterprise agreement.

Information you may submit

  • Name and organization.
  • Work or organizational email.
  • Technical contact information you choose to provide.
  • Approximate endpoint scope and pilot use case.
  • A short, non-sensitive description of what you want to validate.

Purpose

The submitted information is used to review the pilot request, understand the requested technical scope and contact the requester about CyberDefender pilot onboarding.

What not to submit

Do not send passwords, API keys, fleet tokens, private keys, incident secrets, confidential customer data or malware samples through the public pilot form.

Storage and infrastructure

Pilot-request records are stored on CyberDefender-controlled pilot infrastructure. The public website may also process standard network metadata necessary for delivery and abuse protection through its hosting/tunnel infrastructure.

Third-party analytics

The current public website package does not intentionally embed third-party advertising or analytics scripts. This may change only with an updated notice.

Privacy contact

For public-site privacy questions, contact ozodabdugafurov72@gmail.com. Do not send passwords, tokens, private keys or sensitive incident evidence by email.

Retention and deletion

A universal production retention period is not claimed on this R&D/MVP-stage site. Pilot-request retention and deletion procedures should be formalized before broader commercial launch and, where applicable, in customer agreements.
